Crack your joints creaking or other strange sounds out? Many people are worried about joint noises, especially those who do
strenuous exercise, and wonder if they could be a sign of disease.
According to experts, joint noises occur most often in the knees, but
can be found in the joints and ankles, fingers - either the hands or
feet, shoulders.
Noise causes jointThese noises are produced by the soft tissues of the joints. For example, the knee joint, if the patella is not perfectly aligned
in joint structures, it can rub against adjacent tissues which causes a
specific sound.
Usually these noises do not indicate a health problem, as long as they are not accompanied by pain. When are associated with pain may indicate a degree of degeneration of the articular surfaces of bones.
Of joint noises may be caused by cracks or tears of the menisci or
